Frequently asked questions

Can I have an account for free?

Sure. We created the free account so you can test Brunch and all its features for as long as you need to. Also, if you just need it from time to time, one project at a time, the free version may be the right choice for you. ​

Can I get my money back?

Yes, you can. Please write us an email at support@usebrunch.com and we will give you a refund for the last payment, no questions asked. Also, if you just want to try the product for a few days please upgrade and if this is not right for you, please ask for a refund.

Do I need to add my credit card?

If you just want to test the product you can use the free version without adding your credit card information. For the Freelancer and Team versions, you will be asked for your credit card info. If Brunch is not right for you please write to support@usebrunch.com and we will give you a full refund for the last payment.

Do I have fewer features with the free account?

The difference between the free account and the paid version is the number of team members and the number of projects. If you just want to test the product or cannot afford it but you need it, one project may be enough for you to get started. Let us know if you need more projects and we may be able to help with a trial for a few months. Please write to us at support@usebrunch.com.
